What is ITMA?
IT Maturity Assessment (ITMA) is one of the most widely used approaches by organizations in developing IT processes. The output of the ITMA approach is in the form of levels/scores that can provide indicators of the extent to which IT governance is implemented in an organization. The higher the level/score of IT maturity, the more it will contribute to organizational performance. The results of the evaluation of IT performance through the ITMA approach will be the basis for IT organizations in improving and elevating IT governance practices.
